Enjoyment is huge! Enjoyment is why we do many things in life, and why we don’t do others. Unfortunately, for many, there simply isn’t any enjoyment in increasing your physical activity. This is a major bummer. Mostly because we all know the major health benefits of exercise. I’m not talking about the benefits of looking better, but the general improvements to mood, heart health….. I think we should redefine what activity is, and make sure it includes an element of fun and silliness. Am I right?
