  Continue your Nourishment to Knowledge education with this special post-conference tasting and networking event! This activity will be held at 6:30pm at the Harmons Santa Clara cooking school, where we'll explore how to create delicious plant-forward, farm-to-table recipes using local and seasonal ingredients. Guided by Harmons Dietitian Melanie Taylor, MS, RDN, CD and Dairy West Dietitian Hannah Langley, MS, RDN, CD, this tasting event will begin with a local cheese tasting and optional wine pairing while learning how seasonal ingredients come together to create three nourishing dishes. Sit back, relax, and enjoy while we do the cooking for you!
