Sterling Peterson: Thursday at the UAND Annual Conference

Sterling Peterson will be presenting at the UAND Thursday morning General Session as well as a Thursday morning breakout session.  Sterling’s admiration for people has motivated and focused his attention in several areas dealing with human relations.  Upon his completion of Utah State University’s Business programs, in Marketing and Human Resource Management, Sterling continued his education at USS by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology.

Sterling’s education and experience cover many areas such as: conflict resolution, team development, communication, stress management, self-esteem, interpersonal styles, workplace safety, quality control, etc.  Sterling is currently employed at Bridgerland Applied Technology College in the Custom Fit Department where he assists companies with their training and development needs.

Come join us for the Friday morning General Session as Sterling presents, Laughter:  The Key to Coping.  He will address where stress originates and the physiological, emotional, and long term effects; explore how to recognize the stress in our life; and accept, deal, rethink, or avoid the unnecessary strain it creates and change our approach to make it a useful asset in our life.

In Sterling’s lively breakout session, he will explore ways to energize your workplace by addressing the key elements of a successful workplace; how to make service a #1 priority; why attitude is more than just a thought; why consistency is the secret to success and when teamwork is essential.  You are sure to be rejuvenated by attending!
