Sponsorship and Exhibition Information

The Utah Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is the largest organization of nutrition professionals in the State of Utah. Our membership encompasses a broad range of professionals in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, community health and outreach, academia, food service, management and leadership, and private practice settings. Members are primarily registered dietitians, dietetic technicians, and students. Our mission is to empower our members to be Utah's food and nutrition leaders through encompassing and promoting values of excellence, integrity, innovation, and social responsibility.

Venue: Davis Conference Center, Layton UT
Estimated Attendees: 250 dietitians and dietetic students

Additional Steps for Sponsorship:

1. UAND's Education Committee will contact you within two weeks of application submission to coordinate sponsorship details, confirm sponsorship amounts, etc.
2. Our Executive Director will send Sponsorship Confirmation and invoice.
3. Payment must be remitted to UAND no later than two weeks prior to conference start date.

Sponsoring a speaker? 

1. See our Call for Speakers page for application details and deadlines.
2. The Sponsoring Organization and Speaker are responsible for determing speaker expenses (ie engagment fees, travel costs, accommodations, etc.)
3. The Sponsoring Organization then completes Commercial Support Form and remits payment to UAND. Payment must be received no later than two weeks prior to conference start date.
4. UAND will directly compensates speaker following the completion of their presentation/services rendered.

All Sponsorship and Exhibition Applications will be reviewed by UAND's Education Committee. Applications will be selected based on relevance and appropriateness of organization to UAND's goals, mission, and conference theme.
