Annual Meeting Group Registration

Group Discount Rates

  • 5-15 registrants = 10% off total
  • 16-25 registrants = 15% off total
  • 26+ registrants = 20% off total

**Please note, because students already receive conference admission at a discounted rate, we are unable to extend the group rates to student registrations.


How to Register a Group:

To ensure efficiency and accuracy, please follow the steps below for group registration for the upcoming UAND Annual Meeting:

  1. Registration: Enter all registrant information on this form. Please do not use any forms from previous years. The grand total (to be paid to UAND) will calculate as you complete the form, including any applicable group discounts that may apply. Fill the form out completely for each attendee before submitting.

  2. Submission: Email the form to eatrightutah@live.com and describe the group that is being registered.

  3. Payment: Submit payment through UAND's payment webpage. Follow instructions for payment by credit card or check.
    Early Registration pricing will only be honored if payment is received by the "Early Registration" deadline.

 

Special Note: Annual Meeting 2024

UAND is proving breakfast and lunch on both days of the conference. Both breakfasts and lunch on Day 2 are buffet-style meals to accommodate allergies and preferences. For lunch on Day 1, we are offering a choice of entree. Please review the menu below and select each attendee's desired option for lunch on the group registration spreadsheet (above). 

 

Day 1 Menu

Breakfast:

Continental Breakfast Buffet + Grab and Go Sandwiches
Includes: scones, muffins, danish, breads, coffee cake, butter, jam, honey, fresh fruit and berries, assorted yogurt, juice, coffee, decaf, tea, hot chocolate, cream, milk, sugar, and sandwiches (ham and cheese croissant, sausage biscuit, french toast & bacon)

Lunch:

Sponsored by the Beef Council

First Course:
Spring Mix, Carrots, Grape Tomato, Cucumber, House Vinaigrette

Choice of Entree:
6oz. Flat Iron Steak, Bordelaise Sauce, Roasted Red Potatoes, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables (nut-free)

Vegan Risotto with Seasonal Vegetables (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan)

Dessert:
Gluten-free Chocolate Torte

*Of note, both the salad and dessert are allergy free.

 

Day 2 Menu

Breakfast:

Traditional Buffet + Oatmeal Station
Includes: potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, decaf, tea, hot chocolate, cream, milk, sugar, oats, berries, dried fruit, and brown sugar

Lunch:

Sponsored by Dairy West

Southwest Buffet
Includes: chicken fajitas or sofritas fajitas with sweet onions and peppers, cheese enchiladas, mexican rice, charro pinto beans, mixed green salad with corn salsa, tortilla strips, jack cheese, lime and cilantro, warm tortillas (gluten-free upon request), traditional garnishes, lemonade, and fresh churros.
