for your next summer barbeque or a fun afternoon snack for your kids. \u00a0Either way you enjoy it you&#8217;ll only need 5 easy ingredients that you can keep on hand at any time!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 sleeve of Graham crackers<\/li>\n<li>1 stick unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>1.5 cups of chopped fruit (we used blueberries)<\/li>\n<li>2 cups low-fat strawberry yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 container light whipped topping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before starting on the crust take the whipped topping out of the freezer to thaw out. \u00a0Great, now let&#8217;s get started by assembling the graham cracker crust. \u00a0Use a food processor to crush all of the graham crackers in to crumbs. \u00a0Once your crumbs are ready, melt the stick of butter and pour it over them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/eatrightutah.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/IMG_1175.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" center;\">\n<p>Stir to distribute evenly and pour the mixture into your pan. \u00a0We used a large baking dish but you could also use a pie pan or even muffin tins. \u00a0Once the buttered crumbs are in the pan press the crust into the bottom of the dish using a piece of saran wrap to keep your hand clean.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/eatrightutah.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/IMG_1179.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-323\" title=\"IMG_1179\" center;\">\n<p>Bake the crust in a 375 F oven for 7 minutes (baking time will be shorter for a smaller pan or muffin tins). \u00a0If you would like to save some time, a pre-made graham cracker crust in a pie tin would work too.<\/p>\n<p>While the crust is in the oven prepare the filling by stirring together the yogurt and the whipped topping in a large bowl. \u00a0Cover the filling and set it in the refrigerator while you wait for the crust to finish baking and cool to room temperature. \u00a0Once the crust is cool, spread the filling in an even layer and top with blueberries.<\/p>\n<p
