Dr. Collins has over 25 years of practitioner experience in foodservice management, clinical nutrition, and consulting to health care institutions.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div data-font-name=\"g_font_2\" data-canvas-width=\"342.62541740000006\">Dr. Collins is the founder and president of www.Nutrition411.com, an online resource for healthcare professionals offering over 2500 free, customizable resources on a variety of nutrition and health topics.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div data-font-name=\"g_font_2\" data-canvas-width=\"342.62541740000006\">Dr. Collins is nationally known as a wound care and medico-legal expert dealing with the issues of malnutrition, wound healing, and unintended weight loss in patients and has served as an expert witness in over 450 legal matters. Dr . Collins works for over 75 law firms across the country.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div data-font-name=\"g_font_2\" data-canvas-width=\"467.6199222000002\">Dr. Collins is a frequent speaker at medical education symposia and a prolific author.
