She is an Associate Professor in the Division of Epidemiology at the University of Utah and an Adjunct Faculty Member in Nutrition. \u00a0She teaches a class about how to get funding from NIH for research. When asked what she enjoys the most she said, &#8220;I enjoy the interactions I have with students and Mentees. \u00a0Seeing them succeed is just plain fun.&#8221; She advises young dietitians to &#8220;[not]\u00a0be afraid to take opportunities when they present themselves.&#8221;<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">If she could have any super power she&#8217;d like to be &#8220;super efficient so [she] could do [her] job in half the time and have more time to play.&#8221; Her favorite food tradition is making a big Sunday dinner for family and friends.<\/div>\n<p>As UAND treasurer she hopes to 1) restructure the investments to improve the financial status of our organization and 2) promote\/support revenue generating activities in all pillars. She has already made some fabulous strides as she assisted in reorganizing UAND&#8217;s assets.
